I am here to learn and help with any information I can offer. New to the real estate in that I havent actually done this as a business yet, but in my research and studies have gained a great deal of insite and priceless information about asset protection, LLC's, Corp. and tax laws. Just ordered Deans books and will start tomorrow listening to them while driving across the country. I am very excited and hope there will be help to get me started through my first deal.
