I have been teaching adults with developmental disabilities for the last 22 years. I am back in school working on my K-12 credential after 22 years of working with adults as well as trying to do a real estate business. I started back in real estate again in April 2012. I previously owned real estate and got out a couple of years ago. Rehabbed a house after living in it for a long time.

Interests: 
My interests include gardening and spending time with my labrador retrievers. I have 2 almost 100lbs labs.

Hi Everyone,
After to listening to Deans last video on "Power Peers" I decided to try this. I have called several banks in Indianappolis but I can't seem to find any that have in house loans for easy refinancing of several properties I purchased. Does any one know of any?
