I am 45 Years old, Married to My Soulmate and have a wonderful Daughter who is 12 years old. I have resided in Southern Illinois all of my life. Since High school
I have had many careers, In most industries; Insurance, Auto Sales, Financial Consultant, Credit Consultant, Sold Perfume, Sold Many things, Casino Dealer and Yes I even invested in Real Estate 10 years ago.

Ten Years ago I learned the no money techniques of Late Night TV Carlton Sheets. I was successful in that I was able to purchase Two - four unit buildings and one-three unit building. I also flipped five properties sucessfully.

When the Trade Towers were distroyed the Market locally went bad and I handed my properties to my parents.

Now, After refreshing my knowledge of real estate through Dean's Books I have now re-entered the real estate investing business.

Hi Brain welcome this is far much better than Carleton Sheets and I wasnt convienced at first it could have gotten me much farther if I only would of given Dean a chance sooner
