OfflineHi, i'm 26 years old, have been happily married for 6 year and have 2 daughters. I have just become a student and will be attending the 3 day training this weekend, Apr.8-10,2011. I have been very interested in all types of realestate and realestate development for a long time. I currently have 2 rental properties and have flipped 1 house, about 3 years ago. I currently own and construction and remodeling company with my dad and family friend. We mostly do residential remodeling. In fact, the reason I started the company was to gain capital funding for realestate development. That part hasn't worked out all that well. The last 2 years have been financially very hard and i'm to the point where I basically have nothing to loose. I'm very excited to take this step toward being able to provide for my family like they deserve.
