I have been investing for 6 years. Left corporate Canada for real estate investing, took 3 years architecture in school. My first property a 4-plex was bought with a line of credit out of my house, spent a year rehabing it, rented it out still own it. refi-ed to buy two more, triplex, and duplex(student rental) duplex was a complete redo 125 years old took the systems right down to the ground and redid. Have bought several more properties since then, some flipped, some still hold. Currently venturing into wholesaling
