OfflineI've always been interested in real estate. To date, I've purchased, fixed and flipped two properties as a way to upgrade into a better home. I'm currently in my third home that we purchased as a foreclosure and completely remodeled. I get a tremendous sense of pride and accomplishment from buying a home, fixing it up and then selling it for a profit. My career has me on the road for roughly 5-7 months out of the year. I love my job and sincerely enjoy what I do. However, I'm now married with two little ones and I find myself missing a lot of stuff that I know I'll regret someday. I bought Dean's books and decided I'm going to devote myself to his teachings over my off season. Who knows? Maybe I will become a successful full time Real Estate investor and be able to work from home year round!!!!
