OfflineI am a government employee. I have a wife that is interested in real estate as much as I am. We have 2 children. We use to live in Denver, Co. We moved to California because I was offered a job after the company I worked for went out of business, and our first child was on the way. When we lived in Colorado I flipped a few houses and was a landlord for my own houses. I sold all my property when we moved to California just as the recession was starting. We have not invested in real estate since being in California due to the much higher cost of the houses. We used all our investment funds to purchase the house we live in. We find good investments that would make money. We would like to start investing again, but lack investment funds.
