I'm new to this, thanks for all of the encouragement I have all of deans books, reading & writing everything thats available.O.K I'm renting a duplex,my lanlord came by to evict my neighbors I over heard them saying to the tennants that you haven't paid all of your rent every month it's allways hundreds short & my morgage is hurting that way so I was thinking what if I could just purchase this place & give them a break,it will be a good starting point. Welcome to the DG site. You will get a lot of valuable information here.

I recommend you use it wisely by reading as much as you possibly can.

You may also want to fill out your bio more fully so if you have questions, etc., we know where you are located and are better able to answer, as things work differently in different areas of the country.
