About Me:
I sold my business and property in June 2010 after 38 years of self employment.
Moved from Connecticut to HHI, SC in January 2012 and in Savannah, GA in March 2012.
After the DG seminar I decided to become a RE investor and enrolled in PMI, an accademy affiliated with DG on RE investment strategies.
I am affiliated now with various local RE investor groups and working with different realtors agents finding good deals for bird dog fee.
My plan is to buy and flip eventually with partners or on my own when the time comes.
I also am affiliated with Ken Wade's program on RE Market Search. It seems very promising. Time will tell.
The big plan is to become financially free with RE deals.
Interests:
my passion is sailing and to be of help to others, I know I will fulfill both as usually I did before.
