I ran into a church friend of mind who happened to be a realestate agent, and asked her if she could get me a list of foreclosures and she said yes. So I got the list and was kind of slow in getting back to her about which one I wanted to see.

So when I finally got back to her she told me that since I know where that houses are she could give me the combo to the lock boxes and I could go check them out by myself once I make sure that I locked back the house.

So now that I have this list what do I do with it and how do I turn it into cash by buying some of these houses?
