How to Control Property & Flip it.
Hello Everyone,
I found a a cash buyer. Can anyone tell me how I can control the property and flip it to a cash buyer? What do I need to do? Cash buyer specifically told me what kind of property he wants and where. My problem is this:
* Which website should I visit to find the type of property like 3/2 hardwood floors, etc.
* Once I find it, what form do I need to use to control the property and then flip it to the end buyer?
* How do I deal with RE agent to close the deal.
* Is there any waiting period in California before I can sell it to the cash buyer? It this legal to do?
Any help will be most appreciative.
