OfflineAt 53 years young, my husband, 50, and I just celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary. I am in the process of filing personal bankruptcy. What a drag. I have a cleaning business now 8 years old. I built the company from $0 to $90K in less than 18 months. I have tried to get out of it for 3 years. I quit advertising and lost some customers due to death, moving and loss of jobs. I am down from 45 customers and 3 teams of 3 to 15 customers and 1 sometime employee. That means I am doing 99% of the work. Even when I have employees to do the work it is like I am baby sitting and holding hands the entire time. I desperately need to find a better way to provide income for not only our household but our retirement.
Having purchased our 1st 2 houses with no money down, owner financing on the 2nd house I know Dean's plans will work. I have not read the book to date, but as soon as it arrives, you can bet I will. Currently, I am going thru the site to learn what I can learn prior to the book's arrival.
