Hello my fellow investors,i have a problem that i hope someone can help me with. Say i find a preforclosure and the seller agrees with me that i pay all the back payments and fees ,now here is where i get stuck. Number one how can i pay back payments bring the mortgage current without involving the lender,and triggering due on sale clause. Number two, how do i arrange to pay late payments ,i just cant trust the seller to it.How can i protect myself.One more thing, yes it is a subject to mortgage purchase .
