I have had Dean's book for several months, so much information I haven't known where to start. I'm sure people start or prefer different avenues to create deals. I am overwhelmed at this point, but have been looking at prices on foreclosures, FSBO, HUD homes I am not sure what a good deal really is. I guess I am going to subscribe to a site that will let me look at their properties rather than just give a street name! I have looked on Craigslist.com free. I also have a friend who is a realtor I will see if she can e-mail me the new listings atleat I will be doing something.
