hi everyone. my name is tong. im new in this field. i would like to get any of your suggestion see if i can get this deal done. i found a 5k squarfeet commercial building that used to be a retail store. it's reo property for a while. the list price now is 249k. i found a renter who is willing to rent for 5k/month. i think i'm going to offer 165k see if the bank accept it. i would like to know if this is a good deal or not. and i really want to find the hard money lender to fund this deal. do you guys know any hard money lender who williing to fund this deal? please help me.
