Quick Start Investing
Ive read the book which is great. Now Im trying to start by doing the quick cash first with no out of pocket money. Ive done my research in the area for as looking for ugly houses. Ive also gotten the names and address of the owners. After that I think Im supposed to get the amt. the house was last sold for but from where? I do have source off of craigslist for investors and handymen which I will contact asap. all is said am I on the right track with this?
