Offlinei live in hicksville,ny and i just finished reading Dean's book BARM. I was amazed at how Dean simplified the steps to becoming a real estate investor, and this website has priceless information. I am very exited to make my first deal and i cannot wait to meet the person who i am going to assign my first deal to.

yes i have both of deans books and i am in the success academy also. the coaches are helpful if you get stuck and you just cant figure out the way out. they will give you ideas and and material to read which will get you closer to your ultimate goal.
