I contacted a lot of real estate agents and I think I found the perfect one he's work with investors knows how investors work it sounds just right. I Asked him about the 90 day list of cash sold properties he sent me a list of 300 all cash bought in the past 90 days from the Denver area. He also stated that he had never been asked about this from an investor and when he thought about it it was a great way to research and see what the market is doing and do some of my own due diligence. I did my Research An I will mail letters with my business cards tomorrow when they come in. So far I've ran a ghost ad and they called like sharks on meat. I read deans script an some were irate others were interested and one investor told me he wants to be the go-to peson.

dealing with comps?

Hello DG family! I have a quick question, I am lookng at a house that has 4 beds and 2 baths. Now when I try to look up comps I can't find any that are 4 and 2 in the last 90 days or so. My question is when I lok at 3 beds and 2 baths do I need to subtract or add any more money to find the adverage or just stick with what I come up with?

Why should I checkout the $29/mo. DG Insider program?

What is great about this program I'm recently hearing about? What does it offer that DG.com doesn't do? Is it worth it? Smiling

I started reading Dean's new book. Matt has a helpful run down of what to say when calling a realtor, but, it's for flipping houses. Does anyone have suggestions on things to say for other ways of investing. Fixing and flipping cost money which I do not have. Any suggestions would help. Thanks

How does Realtor get paid in 25;1 System?

In the 25:1 System how would the Realtor get paid? Would you split profits or how does her commission come into play?

Purchase and assignment contracts

Carol Stinson indicated on her conference call that she would put a copy of the Purchase and Assignment Contracts she uses on Rock Bottom Blueprint but I can't find them. Does anyone know how to access them? pat

I downloaded Dean's book and got so involved in reading it,I forgot to save it.Can anyone send me a pdf down load of it?...I would be forever grateful. I so want to follow his blueprint but can't really afford to pay for it. If any one can help me, please let me know.

Doing Dean's book 30 Days to Real Estate Cash--missing video?

Dean or anyone,

On page 23 of Deans book "30 Days to Real Estate Cash" at #5 of homework for Day 1 - Day 5: Phase 1, he says to watch the blueprint page #1 video with him and Matt, but there was no link in the book. Do you know where to find the video he is talking of?
I'm going thru the book and step by step and don't wanna miss anything. I ran a marketing campaign for buyers and had over 100 calls over the weekend. I still have to finish calling everyone though. Any info on the video location would be cool. Thanks, Louis
