Confused
May 28th, 2012 | posted by Robert BousquetHello everyone just wanted to see if I'm wrong for this. Ok so here we go. I found an agent and then started to find buyers like Dean tells us to do. Well come to find out one of the prospect buyers I was talking to was one of the agents that I was usings clients. I did not know this. So the agent felt like I was trying to steal his buyer and decided not to work with me anymore. What are the chances of this happening. I know I can't be the only one this has happened to. I don't think I was wrong. If anyone has any advice please tell me. Now I will move on there are to many buyers out there and to many agents for me to be worried about this one. I just want to make sure I'm doing the right thing. I don't want to step on anyone's toes. So how can I prevent this from happening again.
Assignment Deals - Earnest Money
May 22nd, 2012 | posted by Jeff HelmerHello,
I am curious about my earnest money obligations in an assignment deal. Am I obligated to put earnest money down when I sign the original purchase agreement with the seller? If so, how can I walk away without having lost any money in the event that I fail to find a buyer?
Thanks, Jeff

New to realestate
March 20th, 2012 | posted by falexanderHi,
I'm a newbie in investing real estate. I'm schedule to go to the Don’s seminar this weekend in Philadelphia, PA. 3/24/12. I'm so excited!!!!
I've already started on my research in finding buyers and sellers / realtors.
Looking for people in the Philadelphia or outline areas who could show me the ropes, and give me hands on advice.
Looking to start making money ASAP!!
Thanks,

March 14th, 2012 | posted by mschwarzhoffJust a quick question: Should I use a local prefix or 800 for the prefix for my 24 hour recorded information line?
Thanks!

Sooo I have a question....
March 9th, 2012 | posted by KLSoboChapter 8, i keep going back and reading, and re reading and reading again, and i'm a little confused. anyone else??
Mostly on assignments and needing an attorney to execute after your contract is signed over to a buyer, obviously no one works for free, so where and how would the attorney be compensated???
Anyone know this? I'm hoping to find this out in more reading, and other books but just really curious. thanks!
Kristen
