By choosing the right project to enhance your living space, a significant portion of the expense can be passed on to future owners in the form of increased property values.

Tips To Improve The Curb Appeal Of Your Home
December 30th, 2010 | posted by mwaltonCurb appeal is the equivalent of charisma in a home.
It's that quality that makes you say "wow," when you first see it. You feel good when you pull into the driveway. You want to walk in the front door. Whether the home is yours or one that you're considering, curb appeal can make a big difference in how you feel about the property.
If your home has that star quality, you not only won't have any trouble getting more for it than similar homes in the same neighborhood. It also means you won't have any trouble getting potential buyers into the home.

I have A Property Available in South Bend if anyone is interested
December 9th, 2010 | posted by rbailey1962I am asking 11,500 for a property, it's a 3bedroom. Has a dry clean basement. Needs about 5k worth of repair, cost based on you doing the work. That should bring it rent ready. Once fixed houses in that area are selling for about 48k. I will accept seller financing with a deposit of $500, 3 yr term at 8% interest for a monthly payment of $396.11 or 5yr term at 10% interest for a monthly payment of $287.50. If you are interested, please reply to this post. We started some of the rehab work, some walls have been gutted and are ready for drywall, and the bathroom has been mostly gutted as well. The tub is still in there, but the toilet and sink have been removed. Two bedrooms need flooring but the rest just need refinishing.
