Local Networking and Discussion

I see that Realtytrac has a few houses for sale in my area. I just want to meet other investors and not purchase (at least for now). The site shows the houses for sale with the address and date of the auction but doesn't give the time; also does anyone know if they usually do the auction at the actual location or at a courthouse? If anyone has a few ideas on this, I'd appreciate it. Thanks. Ter

I am a newly registered member started following Dean's blue print of "30 days Real Estate Cash". I have started calling real estate agents and am pretty excited about the start of this journey. I reside in Toronto. One of the responses I am getting from them is that the real estate market in Toronto is very hot. There is a bidding war and market is hot in all areas of Toronto. What should me by strategy for Wholesale in this market? Will appreciate your feedback.

Anyone wholesaling in the suburbs of Houston. I have a cash buyer looking for investment property. Spring and the The Woodlands are on the top of their list.

I am returning, I have the Edge Home Study Course, I am excited about the future, however, I am paralyze about starting. It's making that first call to a realtor and not having the cash flow to invest makes me nervous.

Person must be positive, have a car, computer literate & have a computer. Person must also be hungry to learn, I will train this person to evaluate or comp out props, make offers, sign contracts & market for props/buyers.

You will also attend landlord association meetings, RE investment club meetings & represent my company & put out marketing for us. I will pay you per deal we get thru your efforts $2,000.00
