I started this deal with not much money because Sandy destroyed everything i had and it costed me alot to get our lives back together. The reason i am telling you this is so you know you CAN accomplish anything if you put your mind to it and never give up!

Another Deal Done!
September 20th, 2014 | posted by Milwaukee-SteveHey Guys,
I know I fell off from posting and I'm not going to lie I don't like typing. Here's another deal done on Thursday in Milwaukee, WI. This was a wholesale deal done with "No Money." We got this property under contract for 6k and placed it on postlets for 16k and got an accepted offer for 15k. And like we all do I have to give credit to Dean. I have a question do you guys remember when Dean first told us about postlets? Well I want to tell you guys new or old (just my opinion)unless you have a buyer you directly work for but I feel like sites like postlets and you own marketing killed the need in my case for a cash buyers list. I complete more deals from postlets while my cash buyers only wants to lowball me.
Deal #8
September 15th, 2014 | posted by JB HoldingsHi DGrs,
I am here to post my most recent wholesale deal, which is my 8th deal to date since I took Deans knowledge and ran with it!!! I'm posting this not to brag, but to prove to new wholesalers that this CAN be done, and its happening every single day all across the country, so why cant WE do it too??? We CAN...you just need to GET UP, and TAKE ACTION! If you don't, then at the end of another year you only have yourself to blame for your lack of success, period...

I'm sort of new to all this. For the past year I've been reading a lot about Real Estate, cash-flow, and how to achieve wealth through RE. I'm halfway through Be a Real Estate Millionaire, so I don't have all the knowledge necessary, but here's what's going on and why I need your input:

The Letter
August 27th, 2014 | posted by keb64So Roberta was told about a inspection that was done by a home owner (by our home inspection guy) so that the kids could sell it off. Its a free and clear home in ca. ARV is 200k-210k and it needs some work but not much. Been a rental for 20 years. I sat there and watched Roberta work her magic on the phone connecting to this lady and all I could say was wow. I don't even try to talk to people anymore.. It's her sweet spot. I will let you know what we get it for or how it plays out...

Anyone looking for a deal in upstate / western NY?
August 19th, 2014 | posted by BillParker623I haven't yet gotten my LLC or business up and running yet, but that hasn't stopped me from generating a buyers list and looking for deals. I came across a 2500 sq foot duplex with an out of town owner looking to just get out of the property. Currently it's at 26,000 or best offer. Homes in the area are solidly in the mid to high 40's. The rent brings in 950$ per month. I will gladly hook someone up in exchange for a % of the deal.
Any interest PM me or email me at CoachBP623@****
