Yesterday I realized that I already owned 2 LLC's from when I had my cell phone stores. So now I will not have to buy one for this. But I needed some cash so I went to Dun and Bradstreet and checked on the business credit rating for each and they were both pretty good.

How to find Private loans

We are looking for a private loan of 250.000 at no more than 6% We want to put down 200,000. on a house, get a private loan and if we default, the person who loaned us the 250,000. would get a sweet deal that he or she could lease out or sell for a profit. In a years time we could refinance and pay back the loan.

Hire a mortgage broker!

I am planning to buy a home before I get married. I am planning to take a mortgage loan because of shortage of funds. Owner Carry Loan

I just had a quick question about owner financing and was hoping someone would be able to assist me in this question...

I have been talking with a homeowner who has recently been trying to sell his house.... But, has been very unsuccessful... He is very interested in doing an owner carry with me, but still owes the mortgage company 80% of the balance due... Would he be allowed to do this "owner carry" option with me if he were to write a contract we both liked??

Please help with any knowledge you may have on this matter and thank you very much in advance for all of your inputs on my post....

Looking for advice on No doc - low doc commercial funding for small projects??

I am looking for input on a Commercial building purchase. I have a small $60,000 COMMERCIAL building under contract in Alabama. I'm finding it difficult to find a lender to fund this due to the low purchase price....and I suppose because I only need a short term loan ( but I am willing to go longer term )

ADVICE ANYONE???
