My credit sucks so I want to start off by getting finders fees. How do I go about this? What do I say to the property owners? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

I just financed a purchase using a bridge loan through a private lender. The purchase qualified for a zero down loan and I could also include money for repairs. Then that loan will be refied with a conventional loan based on the appraisal. With the loan amount being 75% or less than the appraisal, I can refi for nothing down.

I had heard if you take out a mortgage loan that is half the value of the house, then you don't qualify for the loan, the house does. Is this true?????

Here is why. I am looking into a house and the county has it appraised for $95,100 however when I spoke to the owner she said since the house is in BAD SHAPE she would take $35,000 for it.

Ok. Say your up to your neck in personal debt and there is no way to get out of it except by filing for bankruptcy. Can you go ahead (before you even file yet) and start up an LLC and start building you business credit even though your personal credit is beyond repair?

Just finished reading the article regarding disputing credit mistakes and talking with your creditors in a humane & pleasing way to get them to remove credit blemishes. I am in the process of developing a game-plan to restore my credit and after looking at the risks with these so called 'fix your credit instantly' services, Im convinced it can be done by anyone if you have the time. In either case, anything worth doing it worth doing right.

With all the applications we fill out for credit and financing, it is so important to know who you're dealing with.

I recently heard on the radio and read either in the paper or article about Seller Financing will be eventually going away. If I can recall it will be towards the end of this year. Too many deals fall through and no one is tied to the property so they walk. Any one else hear anything about this??? I searched a bit, and only found a little.
