New Book orders and how long until delivery ?
April 21st, 2009 | posted by changeyourmindHello DG Community:
I've seen the ads however, decided to place my order yesterday 4/20/09, for "Profit From Real Estate Right Now / with a FREE copy of "Be a Real Estate Millionaire" book included. I have searched high & low for the "projected delivery window". No where on the order nor this site does it say: " please allow 4 - 6 weeks for delivery " like most.
*****I am hoping that it arrives much sooner. What have been some of the average time periods experienced ( From order to delivery )??
Profit From Real Estate RIGHT NOW! Jake Greer's Review
March 31st, 2009 | posted by JGREERI am going to put a value on this book of $4,500 because that is the minimum price of attending some other Real Estate Investment Courses. The value is actually higher than $4,500 because I did not pay for only one Live training class I bought a package of 2 Live classes and Real Estate Success Software. There were also travel costs to attend the live training. And the was a cost for three day live class to be shown the package deals!
Im New to the System and Have Used Search Still have 2 Small Questions
March 25th, 2009 | posted by Axiom01I am so anxious Im on the edge of my seat.
You all have had me glued to the site, searching
out all my questions, and finding the very supportive and thorough answers everyone has shared - I cannot wait to join you in paying it forward !
I only have 2 questions
I ordered my books, does anyone know the typical time
that I can expect to receive them?
What are the "Points" that are earned in posting a thread, and what rating system earns more points?
How do these points work for us?
Thanks for being there to push the rest of us - to do our best!
Thank You in Advance
Closing fees, mixed responses
March 17th, 2009 | posted by GoldpannersHi,
After tons of reading on this site and others I'm still getting mixed responses and ideas on who pays the closing fees and such when doing assignments.
Were going to do assignments exclusively, no fixing and flipping right now.
We still read where the assignor pays the closing and title fees, and some that say you don't pay none of that, it is between the buyer and seller, not you.
And we have even read where to make an offer on a place it wouldn't be a bad idea to be pre-approved for the amount of the purchase price of the home you are going to assign.
