I just wanted to post that I went to my first ever Live Event here in Miami, and took the step to get involved! My friend/business partner and I were able to get involved with both the real estate AND the tax lien courses and are looking forward to the 3-day Real Estate Workshop! Thank you Dean for all you do! Glad to be the first to congratulate you on getting started. You couldn't have made a better decision. You'll find some great advice and insights here on DG.com. There are people that have been investing for several years now that are more than happy to lend some help. Thank you so much for your support Chris! After attending one of Dean's Live 3-day workshops in my area in Ft Lauderdale last week, I am getting involved with Advanced Training and am preparing for Boots on the Ground in a couple weeks! In the meantime, I have been networking with other wholesalers trying to just match up buyers and sellers to make quick cash in the middle since they've already done the work! Also continuing to work on my mindset everyday and focus on the mission! That has been one of the BIGGEST changes that has made a difference in how I approach it all!
