It's Really SIMPLE, but takes TIME.
MOST ppl (aka New REI's)doNT take the TIME to LEARN what they NEED to KNOW b 4 going out and trying to 'make a deal' and get paid!!
Then , well , they QUIT!
They say "this don't work". "I cant find deals or buyers". I dont have time, etc....etc
MANY ppl have PAID (and could NOT afford to) for courses, training/coaching, but did NOT make a deal... WHY??

with your sentiment. While I am commanding my own RE investment firm for the first time, I have been immersed in REI for a decade. There is a lot to learn in all sectors of this industry and it takes diligence. REI can provide better income that college but everybody wants to do it instantly. It doesn't work like that as hard work (and smart work) plus a little luck is the path to follow. I know because of that, I'm having a good year as I am sure you too.
