It wasn't a KILLER deal, but if the buyer uses the whole lease term to cash me out I'll make around 30k if it's sooner it's less. I'm changing my strategy from looking at REO's do looking for subject to's. Less money out of my pocket.

Yes they are preforclosures, where I am getting the deed and taking over the payments, then will try and resell on lease options/rent to own.
