Does anyone have a good Property Management company in LAS VEGAS

Hey all,

Does anyone have a knockout reference for a property management company in Las Vegas? There has to be a few worth their salt as the rental market there has increased so much over the last few years. I have two properties in LV now which are managed by different companies, both of which I am not impressed with at all. I really would like to take a hands off approach to the extent that I can send in any invoice pertaining to the property so they can pay it. Then at the end of the year every increase and expense would be documented on the end of year report. I watched The Edge 2012 this past week and Chad Merrihew said that that is what is PM companies do for him. It would be nice to find one that operates this way so I don't have to keep my own books nor would I have to pay someone else to do it.

I'm curious if you found one as I am in the same boat as you. I'm thinking about signing with real property management (link below) but would like to find one on here that someone in the DG family has worked with.

I have not found any I'm interested in yet. I currently use Triumph Property Management and Innovative Real Estate Services. I'm not pleased with either. Marshall and Stearns has been recommended to me, but I'm not sure if I am going to use them. With as many investors as there are with properties in Vegas, I'm surprised that there have not been any other responses to my inquiry. Hopefully the DG Family will come through as I wouldn't leave a family member hanging like this if I had such information.
