Any Pennsylvania DGer's?

I have an option contract accepted on a cashflow property in Leechburg, Pennsylvania. If anyone is in or near this area, please let me know.

I am in Pennsylvania, but I am a good distance from Leechburg, PA. I am located in Newport, PA. Not to far from Harrisburg, PA. I would be glad to network.
