OfflineAlright DG members....I have been silently sitting by the past several months reading of everyones successes. Now, I am really getting the itch to get started. I am very reluctant but think I'm ready to take the risk....I think. Dean says he's plan can work anywhere....well, I want to try it out in our small, midwestern, tourist hotspot of a town. Eventually, I would like to invest in resorts, duplex/condo...but realize I probably need to start small. Maybe flipping or assigning a few houses to build up capital....since I'm really hoping (or putting faith in) the "No Money Down" theory will really work here.
Anyway, wish me luck. I look forward to talking to you all for advice and hope to be the next success story for the DG program.
