Researching, planning, getting scared, getting motivated by DG website members, REPEAT...
Sound familiar to anyone? Well for the past 2 weeks, I've tried to take more productive steps by meeting w/ Mortg. Brokers, RE Agents, Banks, etc...
Found a great RE Agent that isn't opposed to finding and if necessary, creating "KILLER DEALS". After spending time this past week looking at a number of Short Sales & REO's, we placed FOUR offers today, all at 40%-50% below FMV:
We're all in! Can't wait to get feedback on the offers, but we're not sitting idle. On to the FSBO's in our area to see if we can help anybody out of a stressful RE situation.
Thanks to all DG members...the inspiration, knowledge and motivation of your stories and advice have helped us move from the sideline to the frontline.
