...I would have to say that you could be practically GIVING AWAY the Taj Mahal--it would mean absolutely zero on the strength to anyone here without a complete profile. It SOUNDS like an O.K deal to me and I have family on the West Coast that would be willing to look into the deal and see if its workable. But since you're without a complete profile, it makes me kinda skittish at best--so imagine how others on here would view the deal!!
