OfflineI just got the phone with a agent and he said he works with other Investors so that sounds great. But at the end he asked If i can show proof of Funds If anyone ask. I didnt know what to say to that. If he finds out that Im doing all of this with no money down He might get mad,Should I have just told him that I will be working with no money down.

Just a proof of funds letter, that should take care of that. If not just look for another one who will work with you. Dont give up because of them, they are dream stealers, keep pushing forward building your power team.....

The agent asked a legimate question. A seller will require POF. You need to have an answer to this question. If you are going to assign the contract to an end buyer, who will provide the funds, tell the agent that.

After talking to the agent this morning.. And ask him to email me some listing..I havent heard from him sense..How long do i wait before I call him to see if he is on board with me
but you dont have time to train an agent in REI. If sounds like he has no clue so just dump that guy. If you dont find an agent that deals with investors every day and can help you grow, you dont need him. There are many out there that knows a single active and motivated investor can add 8 to 10 times more profit to them than the typical buyer. A good REI agent is harder to find, but once found they are worth it! Best of luck to you my friend.

I even had one hang up on me.I called back thinking I drop the call, nope they hung up on me when i called back,How Rude!!!

If you're not bringing anything to the table, understand why someone would not want to work with you. Put yourself in their shoes.
Just find that realtor who has flexibility and patience.

Thats exactly what he's asking.
Truthfully, I wouldn't know how to answer that question. I would reply to you "if I have buyers, what do I need you for???"
If you can answer him that, and not scripted, but honestly, maybe,......just maybe, something might happen.
