The only 100% financing that I know of is USDA and it is for owner occupied props. No investment deals. In fact I believe they will go to 103% of the price of the house. There are a bunch of scammers out there that offer 100%, but I wouldn't believe it. Been there, done that...Jan
as it may be legitimate. We offered 100% financing for years and it worked great during 2002 - 2006. Stopped using it when the market went backwards as our cushion of equity evaporated. Looking to do it again but still think it is too early for us at this point.
