It depends on where you put them, I have signs out for six weeks at a time before they get picked up, some parts of town they seem to disappear quicker then others, and I always look for Reo's that aren't listed yet shadow inventory are fantic places to put a sign, they last for a while also, Put them out, and dont worry about picking them up, but do check on them to see which locations seem to stay up the longest, of course you always want to place at busy interections, around wal-mart, walgreenes Mcdonalds, again high traffic areas signs wont last long but you get lots of eyes on them, Its a numbers game, I alwys try to keep aleast 10 signs up in a area that your intersted in. If you do it they will call, get ready to answer the phone a find the motivated seller and make a deal....action+knowledge=Success...$$$$$$$..... jusst do it......John

Expired listings, yellow letter called today with three properties to sell, tried landlord, all three vacant. But I agree any leads that you gennerate off your bandit signing and other marketing is golden. Because nobody else knows there in the market except you think about that thats powerful.......Action+Knowledge=Success....$$$$$$$$.. Just do it now!!
Most people will place bandit signs near busy intersections or next to freeway entrances and exits. Try this.... Call your RE Agent and ask them to pull listings of properties listed for sale for "cash only". Investors will be out touring these properties. A wonderful investor (Nate Armstrong) that has worked Dean's techniques shared this with us and it worked wonders for him and his wife. They placed their bandit signs there these properties and had great success!

Do a deal, make $5k and spend $100 of that on another 50 signs that will make you another $5k.
Profits outweigh the costs of marketing.

I have been on the realtor kick making offers to hud and expired listing and so on. Its time to pull out the bandit signs and see where it takes me.
