Ive read Carol Stison, Joe Jurek, and Jeff Jenon's artical's on "Building Your Buyers List" and have done the following with no results: Posted Free Ads on, 1.)Craigs List 2.)Az. Free Classified Ads 3.)City Limit Biz 4.)Classified Ad's .com 5.)Best Way Classified. I have also sent out 100+ letters to: 1.)Rental property owners 2.)Recently Sold Cash Buyers list 3.)used Yavapai County Doc. Search looking for buyers who bought for cash but use the property for a "Rental". What do I need to do to build my buyers list? I'm at another ROAD BLOCK and I thought I was on my way to becoming another one of DG's family of Investors/Wholesalers. I would appreciate any help with this problem I'm having. You're doing great Johnny! Just keep pushing forward. Have you gotten any blank yellow bandit signs yet? If not, go buy about 25 or enough as you can afford and get a black or a red sharpie and put

Post these bandit signs at busy intersections where you see other WE BUY HOUSES signs at. Also, call those investors also so you would know what kind of competition you have and maybe you can get some wholesale buyers from one of those signs.

Have you Joined LinkedIn..You can find alot of Buyer.When I started out I used CL and got around 30 Buyers..After I started LinkedIn I have found some Deep Pocket Buyers and alot of normal Buyers..You Just have to Network..It will come together..Also you can look on CL under the real Estate Wanted..You can find alot of buyers that way also.Nothing is going to just happen, you have to put alot of work into at first

Try calling For Rent ads in your local paper. Many times phone calls are more effective than letters. Keep strong and keep going!
Use(25)Yellow 18x24 blank plastic signs, use a black sharpie to hand write the sign, if your looking for buyers: 1st line: (3/2 House) Middle Line: (Desperate to Sell) Third Line: (555-5555) Put these out at busy intersections, where the traffic comes to a complete stop, The phone will start ringing off the hook, next fill your list full of buyers looking for deals. Action+knowledge=success.......
