OfflineI have a bird dog opportunity to present to any Texas land buyer. My relative just messaged me on facebook saying her husband and his siblings have inherited 53 acres near Seguin and Kingbury Texas. There is also an old farm house with a big shop and pond which will add about 4 more acres. If anyone is interested just send me a p.m. and I will put you in contact with the seller. I have no idea how to deal with a land purchase so I just want to bird dog this to someone who will be able to negotiate the purchase.

I was on e bay a few months ago- found a heck of deal on a property near the interstate in Texas.
You may want to advertise there and other places and ask your ppl if you could get a cut for sending them a buyer. Do they have it listed w/realtor?
