OfflineThere has been a slew of classified ads promoting houses on this website that are not worth s***. You can tell by the fact that they are listed by people that have not included any information on their profile and the fact that the classified ads are their only post.
A lot of them claim to have a big spread but they are counting on you new investors not to know how to figure the true spread in today's market. This is another reason to buy locally until you understand the basics. Don't allow real estate bandits to take your future from you.
