So, I want to do some bird-doggong....
Whats the best way to go about that?
Look for things like "We Buy Houses." and call them or e-mail and ask them if they pay a fee if you find homes that meet their criteria. Also you can find some investors on here who look for bird dogs. You can search those We Buy Houses from Bandit signs, craigslist, here, and do a google search too for that.
Together, we can be successful!
