OfflineI have only seen two prerecorded messages, one for Foreclosure advice & one for probate. Does any one have any good messages to share for any of the other types of sellers ? i.e. I Buy Houses ?

I would also like to know. And if I put want to buy or have a home to sell, how could I combine the messages?
Or am I better having the prompt for 2 recordings. I would rather let them know that I do have homes for sale or rent, but is both on one message a bit unprofessional sounding? And how can we say we have a home without sounding like an agent.

raven jeff jenson has some good ones to use for prerecorded messages. Just type it in the search or look for his journal. I am currently using two of his myself as they are a lot better than the ones I have used.

are the best way to go for buying and selling homes. It is too hard for listeners to HEAR the message if they are getting mixed signals. Anyway, due to the low cost of VM services, why would you want to do it any other way?

thanks, will check Jeff Jensens wording and will stick with 2 messages. Was thinking about a general message, but if I would be a distressed owner wanting help, might not appreciate hearing about buying a home on that message. Will have prompts for both.

Sandi I use coa as my answering machine service to where you can have as many extensions you need so you can have one setup for buyers, sellers, investors or whatever you need. I currently have a line setup for buyers such as other investors and ones looking to buy a home for them and their family.
