Hello Michstan I have suggested to you several times and how and what to do on getting started. and on almost every occasion my suggestion to you was to go to Dean's arcives and listen to and review the September 14,2010 conference
call with Mr. Matt Larson. If you really want to get started in real estate this is the place to start it walks you through every area of investing. This
call was so powerful that if you just listen and impliment was is being taught
there is no way for you not to succeed. They cover so many details,on where to
go, what to say, when to say, how to say it, who to say it to,what not to say
how to find a realtor to work with,What to put on bandits signs, where to place them and so on. get that conference call and listen to it and a lot if not all of your questions will be answered. Including the one of which you have posted on this page. Good luck to you.
I listened to the call and I am implementing the things that were said on there. I do not think Dean or Matt talked about a letter to send to potential buyers. They talked about how to get a diligent agent by talking to the receptionist. I was on the call and I listened and I am still listening to it. As you said it is very powerful. I went through my PMs and you have never suggested to me many times what to do. danielpowersuccessriches is the one who sent me a very rich email that I am working on and that is proving to be valuable to me.

Have you ever thought about investing in real estate? Real estate is the best and safest way to invest your money,especially in the current market. Your profit return will be incredible in a short period of time. I am currently adding cash clients to my list of financing resources that want to invest in a high return market.
In the agreed upon time frame you collect your money with your profit on top.
I will pay 10% on top of the money invested within a 6-month to 1yr period. That is alot more then you are getting from any bank which pays out 3% on cd's. EXAMPLE: If you invest 250k you will get back 275k once I sell the home, or in 6 months I will cash you out regardless, if you invest 50k you will get back 55k, That is alot more than your money is earning right now sitting in the bank. Will you make 5k in a 6 month to one year period in the bank??
( the amounts loaned are obviously negotiable)
PLAN: My plan is to buy REO homes 50% below FMV ( Fair Market Value) using the strategies I learned. I will then fix up the homes and resell them below the going rate on simular houses in that area for a profit.
Some homes I will buy and hold for cash flow, in which case I will cash you out within the 6 month period with your 10% on top.
This is a great opportunity for both of us to make a lot of money over the next few years with no sweat or effort on your part!
