OfflineI am very new to this, I have been reading the blogs and Dean's books, I was recently laid off after 20 years and started to go back to school, I watched one of Dean's commercials and really became interested, the fact is I have not done anything yet, I'm an overthinker.
I am at the moment more interested in being like a middleman, I don't want to buy and sell at this time(no money) or fix up a place and sell, any thoughts or encouragement would be great, I'm so excited yet I'm scared to death to start, I really don't know a lot about the real estate business and feel a bit intimidated

I was in the same situation.No work,no money.I wanted to start flipping houses but I couldn't find funding.The easiest way to go when your just starting I think is lease options.I found alot of people on craigslist who jump on leases almost immediately after you advertise a home as lease to own.I just started investing also and I just took deans advice and consulted an attorney about how to do lease options and the forms involved.After that I realized how easy the process actually is,you just have to get started,once you do that and see how it works all you have to do is copy the process over and over then you can move on to the bigger projects.

With lease options..... if you are interested in locking up a property with a lease option and in turn want to get another party to do an lease option with you what verbage is needed in the original contract between you and the seller? Is it an and/or assigns with a lease option or are you just allowed to sign another contract with another party? All information is needed and very much appreciated.
