Dear «Owner_First» «Owner_Last»,
Let me introduce myself. My name is Carol Stinson, and I am a Private Real Estate
Investor. I have been looking at properties in your area, and I came across your
property at: «Prop_Street» in «Prop_City» .
If you’re interested in selling, I’d like to talk to you about buying your property.
I’m a cash buyer and can close quickly.
Please call me at (phone number) any time to discuss the sale of your property.
Thank you for your time,
Name
P.S. I am a Private Investor not a Real Estate Agent. I am not interested in listing
your property.

thanks for posting that. someone told me carol had one, i just couldn't find it.
I wonder if there is a software out there, I could you use to make writing those out a lot quicker. One that I could use as well to write my mass offers better as well.
I've heard of a company(ies) that can do the letters for you and make them look hand written if that's you want. This works well for folks who do 100's or more letters per month. A local investor showed us his sample and you would never know it wasn't hand written. I believe he paid 70 cents a letter for the service (includes letter, envelope, return label and postage.) In the beginning he had the company mail the letters to his house so he could look them over and mail himself.
I know this isn't exactly what you were asking about but since I don't know of a software program to with this I thought I'd tell you about another option.
Thanks for the information. It is helpful but maybe when I start mailing more I will look into that.
What I mean is there is this investor in Salono county that has a systme or program where it creates a letter of intent for his offers, and blast them out to the agents on the property. Instead of having a realtor do it. He submits the LOA and a POF on his own through this system, then once he gets a counter or a accepted offer. He goes back to his realtor and has him write up the contract.
I was introduced to the realtor when I went to go look at one of his properties for a possible flip. The deal didn't work out, but I got a solid connection on a realtor, and some usefull information.
Thank you Drew.
When the going gets tough, the tough gets going.
I would love to see it.
If not Drew I will use your guidelines.
Thanks.
Lauri
