I am purchasing homes to flip in NJ. South (Ewing, Hamilton, Chambersberg) and Central Jersey (Plainfield's and surroundings) have been my focus, but open to other areas. Other factors:
* $50,000 range or less for purchase
* Room for renovation to add value
* decent comps as I will be flipping the home
* I need to make a min of $25,000.
So i guess this message is for any of you birddogs, wholesale or partnership seeking people. Looking to make my next purchase within the next 2-3 weeks.
In the end, looking to form relationships with you guys who are finding good proprties.

This will be my first purchase in that area, but I've seen other investors make a profit in that area and the surroundings. I've done a lot of leg work there and if you don't get greedy seems like its possible. I'll PM you with my contact info.
