He has a section in the book where he talks about using voicemail and he gave a web adress Dean Grasiosi.com/24 hour script but when I type it in it doesent come up. He also gave out a website for buisiness cards and flyers which dont come up. Where do I need to look to get this information?

Love that we are all on common grounds here - The issue I have is with reading through all these emails and what is in Dean's book we have 1 - the 24 hr Foreclosure hot line with 3 diffrent scripts for that type of service - I read a script for Investors and have taken note of it...But now what about FSBO's and other scripts that might generate a good flow of "motivated" individuals who have desires to be rid of their home - Anyone? If we don't have these I'd like to see if we can communicate to the DG family and create these other scripts that would do us good in the marketing and sifting of true qualified sellers

My husband and I are also new members here..Looking into the 800 number now.And these blogs have all been a great deal of help.Spent precious time trying to put all sorts of numbers,that wouldnt work..Now understanding what the referral # is. I have programmed an ad tracker extension.
I do not know how to tell the iTelecenter station where to take the caller.
I am not even sure if I am saying this right. I think, I have been at this too long today.
When I call my toll free number it requests the caller to enter the AD tracker code. I do not remember seeing any place on the COA Network where you tell their system how to direct the caller. I am confused as to how this works.
If there is no place to enter the advertisement code how does the Telecenter know where to bring the caller?
