I what to do some more mailings to home owners, but this time I'd like to focus on vacant/abandon proerties, but how do I find home owners that have these vacant/abandon properties? I do drive for dollars, but I need to find more of these types of properties. Is there another way?

Check the tax rolls. If the property address is different than the tax roll address, mail to the tax roll address. If the address is the same then send a first class letter with "return service requested" https://thedarkpark.wordpress.com/2013/02/19/how-to-find-someones-forwar...
If those 2 methods don't work, you might try a skip trace, sometimes you can get a skip trace for $10-20. Also Google the owner and check the obituaries. I know of one case where a man died, the bank foreclosed, squatters and drug people were in the house, it caught fire, and is now being torn down by the city.
I am also interested in vacants. I'm about to order a list of vacant properties for a direct mail campaign..still shopping. I know one place is listsource.com, but if you type in 'vacant house list' a number of websites will come up.
