OfflineI have been creating my buyers list and have a list of cash sold within the last 90 days. When I cross reference the list with the county tax records for the buyers info, they have not been updated yet. Looks to be about 3 months behind.
Does anyone ran into this problem or have a suggestion on what to do?

In my city its bout 2 weeks delayed at the most, I guess you have to give your area time to update there systems. You can try calling and speaking to someone on the phone and might be able to get the updated info that you need faster than waiting for their computer systems to update. I don't that before.

Do you have a title company you do business with?
My title agent set me up on their website so that I can log in and pull property profile reports. Their system gets updated daily (or at least what I get is updated once a day).
