Hey Jeff, can you subdivide the land? If so, maybe do that and advertise that folks can have a lot that is X big or one that is Y big. Also, maybe bring in a builder and have him check it all out and you two figure out what could be built onsite and advertise that you can sell the land or sell land with a house built by your builder.
I bought 2.5 acres and subdivided it and then advertised 1.25 acres but could buy both and I also put that we had a builder that could build their plan or use one of ours. We sold one lot 2 months ago and the other one last week. GOOD LUCK!

You could get the numbers of some local builders and developers. Perhaps they would be interested in the site. Plus, keep posting on Craigs List. It is really easy for things to get lost in there. If you really want to sell, consider running a classified ad in the local paper. I have personally found that to be very effective.
