OfflineI just networked with a guy that cleans my carpets. He came to my house to clean professionally clean some carpet and we got talking about business.
We started to talk about real estate and things that I am working on right now.
It turns out that he is always going to houses to clean them for REO's, short sales, and people that just need to sell the houses.
he told me he finds deals all the time and they are practically giving them away but he does not know what to do with them.
So we are going to start trying to do more deals with each other.
He is going to find them and I will pay him a finders fee or split wholesale properties.
So moral of the story is network!!! especially if you know professionals that are going around to properties that are distressed or needing repairs.

keep up the great hunting for deals. Hope to find a partner soon for deals too in Ill.
Do not let no one stop you from knowing more knowledge and initiative.

Real Estate is a people business!
Real Estate is a topic to everyone to talk about! And when you talk to someone about real estate you potentially are building your business / power team! Whether it be a new bird-dogger that can help keep an eye out there of what you're looking for, a seller or they know someone who is selling (friend/relative) or maybe even a buyer etc
Handymen especially whether it be flooring / roofing / painting etc
are all potentially great bird-doggers to have on our power team! Their business revolves around real estate every day, they definitely come across many sellers & buyers for potential real estate deals.

If anyone has other good ways of finding deals that is working good for them please share here.
I need to get more properties and am open to some other good suggestions that are out side of the box of what we teach here at our company.
We already teach a lot of ways but anything else might help.
